A Home, A Farm, A Chapter in Our Family’s Story

This farm was always privately owned, built through Dennis Iulo’s hard work and determination. As we reflect on its history, we honor its place in our family’s story.

Built with Love, Remembered for Generations

Earthman Farm was never just land—it was a home. Dennis Iulo built it as a second chance, a place where his daughters found stability, and where his grandchildren grew up surrounded by nature. While the farm evolved over time, it was always privately owned. Today, we are reflecting on its history and considering its next steps.

A Home for a Father, His Daughters, and Their Families

Elizabeth raised her family at Earthman Farm for seven years, creating a haven for Preston and Adriana to call home. Claudia, along with her sons Brandon and Connor, visited frequently, forging cherished multi-generational memories. This was more than just a piece of land—it was a place where their families grew, gathered, and found lasting stability together.

Three Generations, One Home

A grandfather, a mother, and two grandchildren—three generations gathered in the kitchen of Earthman Farm.

Family First, Always

From Dennis to his daughters, Liz and Claudia, to his sons-in-law, Will and AJ, and his grandchildren—Brandon, Connor, Preston, and Adriana—this was the place where their stories came together.

“From childhood memories to raising the next generation, Earthman Farm has been the thread that connects us all.”
